Notes
- tried running 4 min, walking 1 min, but gave it up and went with feel and terrain
- ran Lick Skillet Rd.
- this is a nice road route, and longer than I thought it would be
- got chilled, pretty badly chilled. Long sleeves and gloves would have been a big help
- drank three beers afterwards, listened to Amanda Anne Platt and the Honeycutters, and then fell asleep - alone in the cabin
