- not too bad, given I had not run trails in quite a while or trained for this kind of race
- walked up most hills
- met Arimathea, Pickles, Chris and Christine, and Adam; saw Jim (CTW 35 and Vincent Ma)

* dashing into woods for bowel issue
- Chris carried me the last 12-13 kilometers
- I didn't feel overly tired, but the watch isn't lying, so I was slowing down
