- w/ Sherrie; easy run/walk pace, went by feel; ended up by the old Atz's on Lower Huntington Rd! Thought there'd be more shade on the St Mary's trail than on the Towpath
- it got a lot warmer than I'd anticipated; 87° according to the car as I drove home!
- our overall pace was pretty good, given the bathroom breaks and other stops
