- w/ Laura and Sherrie, who were doing 100k
- neueroma and tight hamstrings convinced me to quit after one loop
- GE direction: 1:56 to Rally (8 miles), 1:05 back to SH (4.6 mi), 1:45 to beach (7.57 mi)
- Sherrie and Laura did another loop, but Laura had an asthma attack, so they put off the final 22 until the next day
- got home at 11am, to work at 2pm
