- HR (CVS) showed that I was under 120bpm, and my O2 stayed in the 90's
- 29:33, 31:35, 32:09, 33:03
- walked half of each short side, thus the slower lap speeds?
- did keeping lap speeds down keep HR down? Most likely, though I thought I was runninhg my normal pace when I ran
- only one cup of coffee before the run. Did that help keep HR down?
