- decided en route to do 5-1 min intervals; I kept the discipline until around the 10-mile mark
- great conditions, I just didn't have much speed.
- did help a large garter snake across Davies Rd by the Land Trust creek crossing
- talked to two utility guys about the road work (actually laying fresh gas line) that took place last week
