- 9:48, 8:53, 9:52, 11:30, 9:46, 9:58(?) (didn't stop watch)
- my measured MaxHR - 165 + or -
- the Polar showed up near 200. I'm doubting that.
- lots of caffeine shortly before the run
- resting pulse this morning - 60bpm
