7:55 avg. It's Vo2sday. But, again, Garmin GPS didn't work. It worked fine on my drive to the station this morning - will have to do some more checking. Tried to remember the spots that I started and ended my intervals, but can't consider them accurate. Using MapMyRun, 1st and last one were @ 6:04 pace, and middle one @ 5:38 pace. I'm sure it wasn't that fast, but man those felt tough!
