8:23 avg. on TM. Was gonna take today off, then it was so calm after dentist visit that I wanted to run outside. But compromised & hit the mill. 10:00 first mile, then 8:34, 7:30, 7:30, 8:34. A weird feeling when your tongue & half your mouth is numb. But I didn't drool. Much... Oh, and tried taking off t-shirt while on the TM. I've survived doing this before but not today: fell of the TM, hit the weight bench and jabbed my stomach with TM handle. Lesson learned. Slight ache in right knee.
