7:49 avg. Hot again! Just tried to keep it around 8 so I wouldn't overheat. A couple 4-wheelers w/ spray tanks passed me on the dike. O/wise, nothing much to report. Took hat off for last 2 miles. 8:02, 7:55, 8:09, 7:46, 7:39, 7:32, 7:27 for last .58… Oh, yeah.. I had to stop and hop thru the concrete and mud near the underpass, so that really slowed down the second mile. Listened to Flyleaf's "How He Loves Us." Right inside knee sore @ start again, but better after a little bit.
