7:27 avg. Warm & humid - was gonna go early this morning and then a bunch of t-storms moved thru. Never really checked Garmin til after 3 miles, but was pretty sure I was on a progressive run, so decided to continue that til mile 5. 7:55, 7:43, 7:37, 7:08, 6:44, 7:34. Struggled a bit coming up Cemetery Hill & up the last one too, but wasn't too bad. Right knee sore @ start but got better. Little niggles in calves & feet.
