7:41 avg. Ran on newly paved Park Drive, thru a bit of smoke on sside - house fire on 900 block of 2nd. Crews getting ready to pave @ Northern Heights. 7:58, 7:35, 7:36, 7:35, 7:44, 7:35. Not bad for an old man. Wore my Goretex top n a couple layers - actually got pretty hot!
