8:28 avg. 4 w/Andrew. Really drowsy & sluggish, though I feel better after the run. I think this is what marathon training feels like - hard to remember! 8:34, 8:40, 7:58, 7:51, 8:00, 9:40. We heard a popping sound in the woods but couldn't see what it was. Last mile was a bit of the walk w/Andrew & then waited for traffic, then uphill thru the loose snow & ice. Knee ached this morning but not on the run.
