9:00 avg. Walked 1 mile on TM to warm up, then 2 miles, increasing pace slightly each .25 mile. Calf tight, then really started to hurt. Walked .25 mile, then finished off .75 @ 10 min. pace. Really sore after. Made appt. for dry needling in Missoula this morning - couldn't get in til Wednesday. Calf still bad.
