9:40 avg. Tried walking 1 mile on TM, then did half a mile @ 10 min. pace, then upped to 8:30 pace. Calf started tugging a little on the 10 pace, and hurting on the 8:30, so shut it down and walked another half mile. Not too thrilled right now… Calf still sore. Massage helped on Tuesday, but it's still wound up.
