8:03 avg. w/Andrew. Forgot Garmin in dining room. Another great fall day! Sped up quite a bit coming back in. I wore my Motion Control shoes and noticed I was slapping a bit on the right foot. Tried to correct a bit. Not sure if it has to do w/ knee or not. Knee a little achy and a couple hot flashes from it.
