7:59 avg. 4 w/Andrew. Pretty wiped from the last 2 days. Limped thru the first few steps cuz tendon on top of left foot was sore. 8:25, 8:21, 7:29, 7:35, 7:11, 8:51. Listened to Ghost In You and Werewolves Of London. Happy Halloween! Let's see: tendon on top of my left foot was sore, groin, right ham, quads, shoulders and abs. Nothing bad though.
