7:23 avg. Was hoping to do 10x800m on track but the wind came up. And then there's the bird to deal with. So I did 8x800m on the streets, hoping to hit all right under 3:00. Didn’t start out so well: jog half mile then 3:04. Did .25 jog in between all, but rest was all under 2:30 except last one, compared to near 3:00 recovery on track. After #1, all were under: 3:00 for .51, 2:58, 2:57, 2:59, 2:56, 2:59, 2:57. The last 2 really got me in the gut: thought I was gonna poop my pants on #8! So, didn't quite hit 10, but pretty happy w/ the workout. Legs still a bit tired. Little twinge on inside of left leg on last couple 800's.
