8:19 avg. 3 w/Andrew, 3 w/Amanda M. Legs pretty tired from yesterday's runs; first mile was 8:44 while I looped around waiting to meet Andrew. We looped around the sside a bit til 12:15 when we met Amanda @ CC. Rob pulled up while we were getting ready, so talked to him for a minute. Ran past old house, then Andrew had to go back. We were going pretty fast for Amanda, esp. considering she ran so hard last night. But our partial first mile was 7:51, next was 7:49, then 8:18, then 8:41. Right knee was pretty sore @ start but loosened up. Outsides of quads both pretty sore during massage, and left Achilles lit up a bit too. The calves were both a little lit on the outside top - probably from the hills.
