7:45 pace. Pretty hot out today, but I ended up talking myself into 8 miles. Legs a little fried @ start, but then were fine. Stopped and put water in my hat @ Bundy Park (about 1.3 miles) and again @ FMDH (about 6.3 miles). I wouldn't have gone 8 if I hadn't stopped at the hospital. 8:07, 7:48, 7:36, 7:38, 7:41, 7:21, 8:08, 7:49. A lot of weeds have overgrown the Wesen trail....kinda hard to run thru. Right hamstring a little tight.
