7:48 avg. 4 w/Andrew. Kinda like a death march today. Shoulders a bit sore, calves wiped. Pace wasn't bad though: I think I'm feeling the effects of yesterday obviously, plus the heat and wind. Breathing pretty hard coming up the hill! Saw Johnnie & the city crew were removing stuff from Candy Cane Park - apparently upgrading the equipment, and planting grass. 7:54, 8:10, 7:38, 7:43, 7:37, 7:50.
