7:14 avg. w/Rachael Z. She wanted to get 3 miles in @ under 7 pace before leaving for Puerto Rico. So we ran at 4:20 a.m.! Was worried she wouldn't hit 7 pace though but did great: 7:49 warm-up, 6:47, 6:47, 6:50. She had to stop & go to the bathroom but made her finish her 3 miles as we circled the Holiday block
