7:52 avg. Vo2 workout: 4x1200m. Was gonna do these on the trail behind Sullivan Park, but it was too muddy. First one against the wind on Highway 24 - second one a little in mud and against the wind - 3rd & 4th I looped around sside. Supposed to be in 4:33 w/ equal time rest. 4:43, 4:41, 4:29, 4:30. Was only gonna do 800m on last one but forgot. A bit of black ice in spots. Light sweat pants, Goretex top. Knee not bad. Right quad tight.
