I believe the first run I've ever started in my jammies. Walk .25 mile @ 20 min pace, .25 mile 15 min. pace. Jog 1/2 mile @ 10 min. pace, walk .25 mile then 1 mile @ 10 min. pace, then .5 mile @ 8:34 pace. Slight ache in left calf, and in right. Massage yest. Helped a little.
