Notes
This morning went well. I ran with mom on the 4.2 mile route. 2 big hills, difficult but made it. The hills feel great after I'm done. I can really feel it in the butt and thighs. I think this brings me up to about 16 mpw. I'm going to push it up to 2o in a few weeks. Still no real weight loss, But I expect to see a change when I discontinue the depo.
