Notes

3 mile run on the treadmill. I was going to try and sleep in but I think my body was already up and ready to run. So I got my stuff on and tried to squeeze in my 30mins. It went very well. I really tried to keep my energy level and pace up all the way to the end. It felt really good. 2 min incline to cool down. I'm going to try and get 4 miles in tomorrow morning. Its a clinical week and I won't have time on the weekend to do it.
