Notes

Had a good run tough workout but I felt good due to accurate pacing. HR was a little on the high side of goal for a MP effort. Mid-high 160s in MMP effort chunks but temps in the mid 90s should be a factor there.

Felt a little slow during warmup, front of left shin was a little tight but loosened up with some stretching and warmup running.
