Right shin felt a little tight before the start. Wasn't thinking that it was going to be a great race, started easy and felt good. Picked up the pace a bit at 5mi and more at 7mi to the end.
Ran 100% minus a delays at a couple of water stops to get a cup. 10 minute PR
Used the Nathan waist pack bottle. Not bad. I think the pack is more my style. I may try a few more runs with a bottle to see how it goes.
