Notes
There's a few factors that need to be observed here. A) Rain, mud, and wind aren't exactly ideal running condidtions. B) the first 200 meters or so of each interval are on about a 3% grade hill. C) Comparing 800 pr's, (steve kenny david and devin, 2:01 or faster, and ben and jimmy, 2:06, me 2:12), i was closer to the group than technically i should have been. I was about, on average, 2-4 seconds back from the back guy on each one, when i should have been 6. I've never been much of an 800er, so I ran this workout with the only goal of pushing myself to what I needed to run, not to sticking with the lead group. So all in all, i think i did pretty well, and im excited to see the 1 mile repeats again later in the year.
