ran a 4 mile tempo, was trying to run about 5:45's, and planned on going out in 6:00 to 6:10 and increasing pace throughout the tempo. Splits were 6:02, 11:47 (5:45), 17:19 (5:32), 22:51 (5:32). The last mile was pretty tough, especially the last half mile or so. Pushed through it well though.
