ran by myself at veterans park, planned on an easy 6 at like 6:30's, but ended up feeling good and deciding to go for a progression run. Started off with a 6:45, and finished with a 5:45 (or so), ran the last 3 or 4 miles right at 6:00 pace felt great and relatively easy the whole way. according to sporttracks i went 6:45, 6:22, 6:17, 6:09, 6:00, 5:44.
