ran with cody. we did a 7 lap progression run, running each lap faster and faster. it was really windy, like 16 mph winds, so the last couple laps got really tough to hit the pace since we were already tired. the laps were supposed to be 7:00 pace, then 6:30, then 6:00, 5:30, 5:00, 4:30, then a 5 minute rest, then a 4:00 pace lap attempt. as i stated earlier, the homestretch wind was brutal. I went through the 200 in 30 seconds exactly for the 60 attempt, and then i drastically picked it up, going through 300 in at least 43 or 44, and the wind was so bad i still only ran a 63. oh well, still a good workout. cody hung on during the first part all the way until the backstretch of the 4:30 lap.
