12 X 400m intervals with 400m recoveries at the house. Nice morning. 64 degrees, 83% humidity, DP 58, wind N at 5 mph. Tough workout! Stopped to walk and respond to a work text right before interval 10 so that's why it's so slow. Ran the first intervals to fast and was out of gas at the end. Couldn't remember if I was supposed to be running these at 7:00 pace or 7:15 pace, but there were a bunch at the start that had a 6:xx pace and that was too fast to sustain for the whole workout. Think this one qualifies as a workout though!
