Easy run at the house. Beautiful evening for mid July! 70 degrees, 58% humidity, DP 54, wind ENE at 8 mph. Shooting for sub 10:00 pace at 136 avg HR and think I might actually have done it if my HRM hadn't had a false spike up to 184 there at the end. I'm going to try to go back and edit it to an avg of the pre and post spike and see what that gets me. Avg pace 9:58 avg HR 137 for now. Good run.
Edited the spike and it still gets a 137 average.
