6 x 800m intervals w 400m recoveries at the hotel after work. 2 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down. Very nice evening, 60 degrees, 29% humidity and wind W at 8 mph when I finished. Felt pretty good, forgot my HRM, but I know I put in some real effort. According to the audio cues the 4th interval was slow, but I didn't feel that I was dogging it or anything. Shooting for 6:45 on the fast intervals but know I was slower than that for most of them. Oh well, I put in the effort anyway.
Original Interval split paces were 6:50, 6:55, 6:45, 7:06, 6:56 and 7:07.
Edited split interval paces were 6:51, 6:58, 6:51, 7:01, 6:50 and 7:09. Really thought that last interval was faster than that, I guess I was tired!
