Levelland Lope 10K. 100% effort! 63 degrees and 84% humidity at the start, 66 degrees and 75% humidity at the finish. Wind was 6 mph SSW at the start and 16 mph at the finish. Avg pace 7:35, avg HR 177. Don't think I could have run it any harder. Need to trim 20 seconds per mile off to go sub 45:00!
