Quick run after work to keep blood volume up before the race tomorrow. 60 degrees, 31% humidity, wind SSW at 8 mph. Not sure what happened, but runkeeper paused somewhere in there on me. Actually ran a little over 2.5 miles with some strides in there. Good run.
