Watched the sun go down as I was running last night and watched it come up as I was running this morning, but I got plenty of rest in between. 43 degrees, 62% humidity, wind WSW at 7 mph per the weather, but felt much stronger than that here. Supposed to be a MAF run, but it started out higher and I just kept a steady pace. 9:53 avg pace, 142 avg HR. Good run.
