Supposed to be 6 X 800m intervals at 10K pace with 400m recoveries. After 2 of them I was beat and tried a 3rd and then halfway on the 4th, ran the 5th easy and then tried to go for it on the 6th and just didn't have it this morning. 74 degrees, 79% humidity, DP 67, wind S at 9 mph. Not sure what was up, but it was a dud of a workout especially after building my confidence from my Tempo run last Thursday. Need to figure out these 800's because right now they are kicking my butt.
