4 X 1 mile at HM pace with 400m recoveries. Nice morning. 74 degrees, 73% humidity, DP 65, wind S at 7 mph. Had to cut it short due to GI issues. Before that it was going really well. Skipped my 3 mile run yesterday and broke my streak.
