Long run at the house. Tried to keep an easy pace, although my HR climbed up there at the end when I started overheating. 79 degrees, 56% humidity, DP 63. Wind SSE at 8 mph. Sun went behind some clouds around mile 9 and that was nice. Avg pace 10:25, avg HR 150. Nice to get in a long run.
