Easy run down into the canyon and back up Rustic Range hill. A little harder than I expected on a full stomach and the humidity. 69 degrees, 74% humidity, wind E at 9 mph. Walked up Rustic Range hill. Avg pace 9:28. At least I got a run in after missing my run last night watching movies with the family.
