Whew! Wanted to pick it up a bit on this run so just got out there and tried to hit a pace I could sustain for 6 miles. Nice evening although a little on the warm side, 79 degrees, 45% humidity, wind E at 8 mph. Was a bit of an effort there about mile 4.5 going up the soft dirt road, but kept at it and then picked it up the last 1/2 mile or so coming into the house. Avg pace 7:44. Good run.
