Supposed to be a Tempo run with 3 miles at HMP. Ended up struggling a bit after 1 mile at HMP and decided to just run it easy the rest of the way. 74 degrees, 67% humidity. Hoping that it was more of an issue being at sea level for the last week and not that I'm that far out of shape.
