Notes

Somewhat of a hill workout on the treadmill at the house. 1/2 mile warmup at 1% incline and 6.6 mph, then 1/2 mile at 10% incline and 5.1 mph, 1/4 mile at 15% incline and 3.5 mph, then 3/4 of a mile at 10% incline going back and forth between 5.1 mph and 4.0 mph. Closed it out with a couple miles at 1% incline and 6.6 mph. Per machine 968' elevation gain. Good workout, still not really feeling it though.
