4 x 1.5 mile strength intervals with .5 mile recoveries. Supposed to be 7:30 pace on the intervals but ended up a little bit faster. Wasn't sure what to expect the way my leg has been feeling. Nice evening, 73 degrees, 26% humidity, wind ESE at 12 mph. Leg felt pretty good today. Hopefully it keeps getting better. Good run.
Interval splits were 7:29, 7:29, 7:24 and 7:22.
