It was good to pick up the pace a little today. Felt a little better than last week.
Had the itch to push the hills faster, but glad that I held back -- my legs wanted no part of the return trip to the school ;-) Will push harder once my fitness improves enough to endure full workouts a little better.
Weather was nice!
My lap intervals are all messed up because my watch was set to auto-lap at every mile.
I supposed I could edit/combine them, but nah that involves math and it's late.
Looking forward to more training!
