Didn't have my garmin with me, ugh, but used my regular watch and remembered the split times pretty closely (didn't pay much attention to the rest times).

Legs didn't want much to do with it at first, but they woke up about halfway through the first 1200m interval. All things considered, felt pretty decent afterward! :-)
