Pretty good run. Conditions were pretty good. Felt better than I have for quite a while. Since it is already 6 hopefully I will get a run in tonight but I don't want to be sleeping in till 11:30 again tomorrow. Not sure if I will be able to get a good tempo in tomorrow but I guess I'm going to have to try.
