Solid tempo tonight- glad I went ahead and repeated the failed workout from saturday when I was on the anti-biotics. I felt strong and back to form tonight. Ran the 1st mile solo then Chad jumped in for his 3 mile time-trial, and from then on we alternated leading every half-mile. Kept it pretty even, was feeling it a little over the last mile.
